To provide suitable condition for the advancement of knowledge through research and learning; produce self-reliant graduates, apply technology-driven knowledge to creativity and positively impact on the global environment and be epitome of integrity and service.

Parity of Esteem

At LODLC, online students are treated equally to face-to-face students. They follow the same procedures, face no discrimination, and receive identical certificates and transcripts, with no mention of "online" or "distance learning." Graduation ceremonies for both groups occur simultaneously.
